Specification:
CUNI is an alloy of copper that contains nickel and strengthening elements, such as iron and manganese. Despite its high copper content, cupronickel is silver in colour.
Due to the specific properties of nickel and copper alloys, they are applied in various domains of industry e.g. mint industry, armaments industry, desalination industry, marine engineering, extensively used in the chemical, petrochemical and electrical industries.
Cupronickel is highly resistant to corrosion in seawater because its electrode potential is adjusted to be neutral with regard to seawater. For this reason, it is used for piping, heat exchangers and condensers in seawater systems, marine hardware, and sometimes for the propellers, crankshafts and hulls of premiumtugboats, fishing boats and other working boats.

Application:
Copper nickel pipe is used for a variety of industries; Including marine environments, power generation, offshore, oil & gas and defence sectors. Drawn copper nickel tube combines cold and hot working properties, highest degree of seawater corrosion and erosion resistance and great strength. Typical users are distillation and desalination plants and marine coolers and heat exchangers.
Applied vacuum melting technology, our tubes are of superior quality: Stable chemical composition, precise dimensions, and clean, smooth and bright inner and outer surface. Good mechanical properties - free from defects such as blowholes, cracks, pin hole leaks etc.

Q 1. What's the payment term?
A: We accept T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L or L/C at sight, West Union,VISA,Paypal is also accepted.
Q 2. What is the normal lead time for product orders?
A: Average lead times for prototype / first article are 1-2 weeks, if tooling is involved, lead time for production tooling is 10 days, average production time after sample approval is 2-3 weeks.
Q 3. What is your standard packing?
A: All the goods will be packed by carton box and loaded with pallets. Special packing method can be accepted when needed.
