Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: We are factory.You can visit our factory if you have time, we also can take a video for you to show our office and factory.

Q2: How long is the delivery ?

A:Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock.it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock It is According the QUANTITY.

Q3: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q 4. What's the payment term?

A: We accept T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance before the shipment, West Union, VISA is also accepted.

Q5. Can I request to change the form of packaging and transportation?

A: Yes, We can change the form of the packaging and transportation according to your request, but you have to bear their own costs incurred during this period and the spreads.

Q6. Can I have my own Logo on the product?

A: Yes, you can send us your drawing and we can make your logo, but you have to bear their own the cost.

Q7. Can you produce the products according to my own drawings?

A: Yes, we can produce the products according to your drawings that will be most satisfy you.
