Q4: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ? A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q5: How long is your production lead time? A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q6: What is your payment term? A: We need to collect 30% of the amount as the deposit of the order, and the final payment must be settled before shipment. Payment can be made by T/T, Western Union, PAYPAL, credit card, etc. Acceptable currencies are USD, RMB, EUR, JPY, SGD and HKD, etc. This is negotiable.
